Can we find a solution to power cuts?
AS most of Europe and the UK is struggling with record electricity prices as the winter season approaches.One of the main causes is related to the war in Ukraine. Russia has cut off supplies of natural gas that the continent has used for years to run factories, generate electricity and heat homes.Russia supplied around 40 per cent of the European Union's gas consumption via pipeline, and those exports fell by 75 per cent. As a result, European governments have sought to diversify supply by purchasing more liquefied natural gas, as well as introducing measures to reduce demand and save energy.
